“Pausing” And Cancelling Subscriptions

Your right to cancel and request a refund will only apply to services that have not yet been provided at the time of your request. If you request to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount in proportion to what has been performed up until you communicated your cancellation from the contract. In other words, we will reimburse to you all payments received in respect of services not yet provided but we are entitled to retain payments or part payments relating to services already provided during the period. We will make any reimbursement using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS OR PRO-RATED MONTHLY BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID TERM. In such circumstances, you will have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle or in the case of yearly billing the end of the month at which point you will receive a pro-rated reimbursement for the remainder of the year unused.
